Client

The client is a global pharmaceutical company that develops and produces medicines and vaccines for various medical fields, including immunology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, and neurology.

Needs

The company sought to encourage one set of group leaders to think as one, enhance trust, improve communication, and align on shared goals—enabling them to work seamlessly as a high-performing team and drive collective success.

They wanted a program focused on strengthen trust, collaboration, and break silos for their senior leaders.

Approach

Based on the inputs, Meeraq designed a 1 day offsite workshop followed by our unique LAP model including 1 action coaching and 1 progress check in.

The journey started with

Pre-study & Stakeholder Interviews – Contextualizing training for maximum relevance.

Pre-work- A highly impactful pre-work was given to the participants to reflect on their current understanding of team trust, cohesiveness and function

Meeraq’s signature LAP Model, featuring:

Action Coaching Sessions – Driving real-time implementation.
Progress Check-ins – Ensuring sustained development.
Kirkpatrick Model for structured evaluation of actual learning.

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s framework of 5 dysfunctions, the team was analyzed and the program aimed at resolving these dysfunctions and unite them as one cohesive team!

Based on the actions tracked by the participants and stakeholders on Meeraq platform we found that

The client is a leading American private healthcare company, headquartered in Northfield, Illinois, and with a significant in India, headquartered in Pune. Known for being one of the largest suppliers of medical-surgical products, the company is focused on providing quality healthcare solutions worldwide.

Needs

The client sought comprehensive developmental program for their IT managers, aimed at improving interpersonal skills, communication, delegation, accountability, and stakeholder management. The objective was to equip managers with the skills necessary to lead high-performing teams, communicate difficult decisions, and manage stakeholders through influencing and storytelling.

Approach

Meeraq designed a tailored training intervention with 6 in-person modules for the client’s IT managers, starting with pre-study and stakeholder interviews to contextualize the program. Modules were strategically alternated with action coaching sessions to maximize engagement and enhance impact.

The client is a leading provider of smart and sustainable vertical mobility solutions for buildings of all sizes, types, and forms. They have state-of-the-art transit management systems support efficient and comfortable movement across buildings and infrastructure networks.

The client’s top leadership had experienced coaching and found it transformative. They now wanted to roll out coaching as a culture across senior and mid-level leadership. The client had two needs:

Nurturing Coaching Culture for an Indian Conglomerate

Client

The client is an Indian multinational conglomerate with a market capitalization of 300 Billion USD. It offers products and services in over 150 countries, and has operations in 100 countries across six continents.

Needs

As part of the initiative to kindle coaching culture across its group companies, the client organization wanted to offer coaching and coach training to its employees. They were looking for:

An internationally acclaimed training program to upskill leaders with coaching skills
Executive coaching for Top and Mid-level leaders

Approach

Coach Training:
We offered our 60 Hour, ICF Approved, Level 1 Coaching Certification Program. This program was being offered to leaders from across the Group Companies. These leaders were typically at the CXO level and were nominated by their organizations.

The program included the following components

Virtual learning sessions delivered by top faculty
Mentor coaching
Peer coaching
Self-learning on the Meeraq Platform
Mock Online test
Coaching opportunity with Non-profit professionals

Audience: Trained and Certified 50+ CXO level leaders across the conglomerate

Executive Coaching:

A total of 15+ coaches coached 40+ senior leaders across the group companies.
We offered the client our Coach-as-a-Service platform on subscription. Via this platform, the client tracks the progress of its overall executive coaching program at the group level. The platform includes session scheduling, attendance tracking, and coaching progress and impact tracking services.

Impact

All the leaders who went through the program, found the program beneficial for themselves first, and then for their teams, as they were able to implement their learnings with them.

Leaders felt changes at personal and professional level and the same was confirmed by their teams and families.

The leaders coached Non-profit volunteers as part of the program which created a ripple impact outside the client’s system, into civil society.

Our Level 1 Program is part of the client’s University calendar and sits alongside programs offered by Harvard, INSEAD, IIMs etc.

This program runs every year, with new leaders opting for it, and is creating awareness about coaching within the client’s system.
