The client is a leading decarbonisation solutions provider & the first Indian Clean Energy company to list on Nasdaq. The client is at the forefront of fighting climate change by offering a variety of decarbonisation solutions through utility scale wind & solar offerings, green hydrogen carbon markets & energy storage.
Needs
The client wanted a program for their 110 junior to mid-level managers, each with 2.5 to 5 years of experience, focused on the three core dimensions of the Deloitte Digital Leadership Framework: Think (Cognitive), Interact (Working with Stakeholders), and React/Act (Act).
Approach
Meeraq proposed a comprehensive two-day in-person program.
Day 1: Focused on the THINK and INTERACT competencies.
Day 2: Covered REACT and ACT competencies, emphasizing execution-oriented actions and developmental planning.
The program was successfully conducted across three locations: Gurugram, Hubballi, and Solapur.

The Pre & Post assessments findings :
- Participants from different batches demonstrated
- Participants from Gurugram Branch demonstrated 11% increase in Executive Presence
- Participants from Hubbali Branch demonstrated 9% increase in Executive Presence
- Solapur Branch demonstarted 7% increase in Emotional Intelligence.
