The client is a leading American private healthcare company, headquartered in Northfield, Illinois, and with a significant in India, headquartered in Pune. Known for being one of the largest suppliers of medical-surgical products, the company is focused on providing quality healthcare solutions worldwide.

Needs

The client sought comprehensive developmental program for their IT managers, aimed at improving interpersonal skills, communication, delegation, accountability, and stakeholder management. The objective was to equip managers with the skills necessary to lead high-performing teams, communicate difficult decisions, and manage stakeholders through influencing and storytelling.

Approach

Meeraq designed a tailored training intervention with 6 in-person modules for the client’s IT managers, starting with pre-study and stakeholder interviews to contextualize the program. Modules were strategically alternated with action coaching sessions to maximize engagement and enhance impact.

DISC Personality Assessment was a key tool used o assess and understand behavioral tendencies. The program was assessed at Kirk Patrick Model Level 3 which helped in understanding the impact of the programs and areas for improvement.
