The client is a prominent Indian real estate company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka with a notable presence in both Indian and international markets. The company’s operations span various sectors, although it primarily focuses on real estate development.

The client seeks a well-rounded program designed for first-time managers with 5–25 years of experience. The program aims to enhance their effectiveness in managing teams by focusing on strategic communication, cross-functional collaboration, personal mastery to build self-awareness and emotional intelligence, influencing skills to inspire teams and align with organizational goals, and adaptability to navigate the shift from individual contributor to team manager while supporting change management initiatives.

Approach

Meeraq proposed a 2-day In-person training program. The program focused on competencies such as Emotional Intelligence , Self awareness, ,, Giving Receiving Feedback, People development, Delegation & Accountability & Ownership

 It included comprehensive support tools such as Pre-Study , pre- and post-assessments, and Nudges as periodic learning reinforcements.

• Pre-Study: Explored system vs. people dynamics through interviews and FGDs and to contextualize the program.
• Knowledge Assessments: Pre- and post-course evaluations tracked knowledge improvement.
• Interactive Techniques: Used role plays, games, quizzes, and real-life examples for practical learning.

Impact

By the end of the program, participants understood frameworks like the Priority Matrix, SBI Feedback Model, WIFM Model, and Skill-Will Matrix in improving decision-making, fostering accountability, and enhancing communication.
