The client wanted a program for their leaders to build a culture of Leader as a Coach. Leaders needed training to develop a coaching mindset and effectively fulfill coaching responsibilities. The organization sought a program to support leaders in conducting performance conversations and provide regular feedback to their teams.


Program Design:

  • -> We designed and executed a program titled ‘Manager as a Coach’.
  • -> This program was aimed at fostering a coaching mindset.
  • -> The program covered essential aspects such as establishing a foundation of trust and safety, practicing empathetic listening, and utilizing curious questioning techniques.   
  • -> Managers learnt to employ coaching techniques to empower team members, encouraging collaborative discovery and unlocking their potential to solve problems and enhance their skills.

The program structure included:

  • -> Pre and Post questionnaires
  • -> Virtual Learning Sessions
  • -> 1:1 Laser Coaching Sessions    
  • -> Learning nudges for 10 months 

Program Delivery:
The program was delivered in Meeraq’s signature 4+2 model of virtual delivery.

The program helped create Coaching as a Culture and demystify coaching within the company.  


It Empowered leaders with coaching skills that helped them communicate better at various formal and informal platforms.

The Program garnered an impressive 71% NPS, indicating a resounding approval from the participants.
