The client, a global leader in the consumer food industry, is renowned for its diverse portfolio of well-loved brands, including cereals, snacks, dairy products, and convenience meals. Operating in over 100 has consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric strategies

Needs

The client is seeking a Senior Leadership Facilitation Program for its 12 senior leaders. The program aims to empower these leaders to effectively align and drive strategic business objectives, fostering collaboration and innovative thinking to achieve sustainable growth.

Approach

We developed a tailored program for senior leaders, incorporating:

  • Pre-Study to align objectives & contexualize the program
  • 2-Day In-Person Facilitation by a senior expert.
  • Monthly 90-Minute Virtual Check-Ins for six months to sustain momentum.

Our Approach to Program Design

  • Building Connections: Fostering trust and collaboration among senior leaders.
  • Strategic Alignment: Refining the Vision, Mission, and short-term goals for the India Unit.
  • Leadership Essentials: Identifying key A-S-K-B (Attitudes, Skills, Knowledge, Behaviors) for cohesive teamwork.
  • Actionable Focus: Identifying and prioritizing initiatives to achieve short-term goals as a unified team.

Impact

The intervention aimed to strengthen trust within the senior leadership team (SLT) and improve alignment to achieve ambitious new targets. Leaders were encouraged to reflect on their perceptions, fostering open communication and a collective mindset focused on shared success. The process highlighted the importance of mutual support and effective communication, setting a foundation for sustained positive momentum.

The workshop’s interactive and conversational approach created a safe space for the team to openly talk and connect fostering a strong open participation. Activities like “River of Life” and “Hopes and Fears” worked well, helping the team share and reflect.
