A leading American healthcare products company headquartered in Northfield, Illinois, with a significant presence in Pune, India. As one of the largest suppliers of medical and surgical products, the organization is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions globally.

Needs

With organizational growth came an expanded set of expectations for mid-level managers. Beyond operational responsibilities, managers were required to influence decisions, manage complex stakeholder interactions, and drive measurable outcomes.

The organization sought a structured development program to strengthen managerial effectiveness across key areas:

  • Unlocking People Potential: Coaching techniques, conversational intelligence, and active listening to improve feedback and team development

Impact

The program resulted in measurable improvements across critical managerial capabilities:

  • 21% of participants demonstrated up to a 69% improvement in driving accountability
