Needs
With organizational growth came an expanded set of expectations for mid-level managers. Beyond operational responsibilities, managers were required to influence decisions, manage complex stakeholder interactions, and drive measurable outcomes.
The organization sought a structured development program to strengthen managerial effectiveness across key areas:

- Integrated action coaching sessions between modules to reinforce application in day-to-day roles
- Anchored in Kirkpatrick Level 3, with a focus on measurable behavioral outcomes
