The Client is a Fortune 100 global biopharmaceutical company with a legacy of over 170 years, is known for its groundbreaking research and development in vaccines, oncology, cardiovascular health, and rare diseases.
Needs
In the Specialized Functions department, the Functional Head has identified a serious lack of trust and siloed working, which are creating major barriers to collaboration and overall team effectiveness. To address this critical challenge, the Client plans to organize a one-day offsite in Srinagar for the team, aiming to build trust, break down silos, work cohesively and align the team around shared goals for stronger collective performance.
Approach
To drive real connection and change, we facilitated a 1-day experiential offsite—no presentations, just deep engagement through activities, dialogue, and reflection.

A pre-program diagnostic—featuring a Trust Perception Survey and individual interviews to deeply understand existing team dynamics—helped ground the experience in the team’s lived reality.
Impact
The offsite delivered exceptional results, reflected in a perfect NPS score of 100. The data-driven, customized design made the experience deeply relevant and personal, helping participants connect with each other and the team’s purpose in a meaningful way.
A key breakthrough was the shared realization that trust is built through deeper personal connection and alignment on a common vision.
Powerful conversations, real-life scenarios, role plays, and 1:1 feedback sparked genuine reflection, sustained engagement, and created lasting shifts in mindset and behavior.
