The client is a global pharmaceutical company that develops and produces medicines and vaccines for various medical fields, including immunology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, and neurology.
Needs
The company sought to encourage one set of group leaders to think as one, enhance trust, improve communication, and align on shared goals—enabling them to work seamlessly as a high-performing team and drive collective success.
They wanted a program focused on strengthen trust, collaboration, and break silos for their senior leaders.
Approach
Based on the inputs, Meeraq designed a 1 day offsite workshop followed by our unique LAP model including 1 action coaching and 1 progress check in.
The journey started with
Pre-study & Stakeholder Interviews – Contextualizing training for maximum relevance.
Pre-work- A highly impactful pre-work was given to the participants to reflect on their current understanding of team trust, cohesiveness and function
Meeraq’s signature LAP Model, featuring:
- Action Coaching Sessions – Driving real-time implementation.
- Progress Check-ins – Ensuring sustained development.
- Kirkpatrick Model for structured evaluation of actual learning.
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s framework of 5 dysfunctions, the team was analyzed and the program aimed at resolving these dysfunctions and unite them as one cohesive team!

Impact
Based on the actions tracked by the participants and stakeholders on Meeraq platform we found that
- 57% of participants showed marked improvement of upto 67% in Team Cohesion and Collaboration and Conflict Resolution competencies.
